New Mexico Public Library Annual Report

New Mexico public libraries file annual reports with the State Library each year.  Reports must be filed by September 7, 2012,  and cover the previous fiscal year's activities (July 1st, 2011 - June 30th, 2012).  Libraries must submit an annual report on time to be eligible to receive State Grants-in-Aid and State GO Bond allocations.  See NMAC 4.5.2 and NMAC 4.5.8.  Data from the annual report is used in awarding State Grants-In-Aid to public libraries.

Annual reports are filled out on-line using a program called Bibliostat Collect. Bibliostat Collect ows the State Library and Federal government to track library use and spending.
