Rule Change Final!

Memo to State Publication Program Libraries
July 15, 2010

Greetings Depositories!

It’s official! Starting on July 15th the state publications program can collect electronic documents! This is a change to the rules which has taken several years and a lot of work to accomplish. Notices and emails will be going out to state agencies to inform them of the change.

You can read the new rule at the New Mexico Register Website: http://www.nmcpr.state.nm.us/nmregister/xxi/xxi13/1.25.10.htm

In this shipment:
If you are in cattle country there are a number of publications from the NM Cooperative Extension Service dealing with multiple aspects of ranching.

Check out the health reports including the New Mexico HIV/AIDS annual surveillance report and the Selected Health Statistics for 2006.

Need ideas for inexpensive things to do with the kids? Check out the Summer guide to the museums.

And of course don’t forget the session laws. These can be surprisingly fun- look for the memorials and see what doesn’t get included in the online databases for NM statutes.
